Super Bowl LI – FOX Sports Studios and Environments
Super Bowl LI Broadcast Design for the FOX Sports Family of Brands, Shows and Game.
Begun in October 2015 the multiple location production design encompassed 4 studios, 13 shows, special events and the game broadcast.

Main studio for Fox Sports broadcast.
40’ x 40’ x 40′ studio encased in glass.
Central Fox Sports logo lightbox floated in center of the studio to showcase the brand.
Interior includes a central platform repurposed for specific shows with (x2) LED towers (4’ x 8’) for OTS backgrounds on each show on custom base for clean look.
Elevated to 7’ to allow for shot over shooting location to George R Brown Convention Center and Super Bowl Live photo location.
AC and Heating in studio and 12’ grid for lighting.
Exterior has two flanking LED screens 12’ x 28’ and 8’ tall ticker running all 4 sides for the studio.
Back Porch for staging all shows.

– Custom designed Podium to tease the Fox Women’s World Cup coverage in Paris

– UFC weigh in coverage broadcast from 6 man road desk

40’ x 40’ x 20’ Gabled structure
Full glass enclosure to protect from elements – removable section in back to allow for excess audience on back deck and views to George R Brown Convention Center.
28’ x 18’ LED Tower on back to obstruct studio from Studio A viewpoint – Tech area hidden inside unit and wrapped in Fox Sports Graphics.
(x2) 4’ x 8’ LED towers for show branding and sponsorship
Audience of 80 for shows with x3 different heights of chairs for tiered audience look

Utilized on each show for demo’s, games, yoga, and virtual hits

84 Lumber sponsored green room with bar, vr activation, Facebook live social area and 7 screens to show live streams and fox content.
Included window for view to Studio A with drapes able to close to block sunlight for camera.
Custom interior design to showcase 84 lumber branding and message.
Used for bump shots and “coming up” segments for talent

32’ x 24’ structure elevated to 5’ for view to center field of stadium
Z arm mechanical structure allows for grid to fold on self and clear sightlines for patrons watching the game
Glass railings on all sides and custom lightbox graphics on back truss for branding

Red carpet at the owners entrance to the tailgate experience in the NRG convention center.
Your place for the stars and celebrities that will be going to the game.

24’ x 20’ Elevated deck to allow for shooting over crowded background
Green room area with bar, seating area, and VR Activation.
